           the evaporator tubes need to be cleaned and hence the plant
           needs to be shut down. It naturally attracts production time
           loss and reduces the overall plant productivity. Self-cleaning
           evaporators can run for a long time with almost no fouling and
           provides continuous operations. Our technology differentiates
           us from the rest of the competition in the market,” elaborates
           Suruchi.

           Futuristic Products
           Shachi today designs, manufactures and commissions
           specialised process plants for demanding customer
           applications. Its product portfolio includes, spray dryer, spray
           cooler, integrated fluid bed dryer, spin flash dryer, multi-effect
           evaporator, falling film evaporator, forced circulation evaporator,
           agitated thin film evaporator, mechanical vapor recompression-
           based evaporators, self-cleaning evaporator and zero liquid
           discharge plants. The range is ever-expanding.
