orldwide industry is marching ahead to Industry 4.0. This era would
be of complete automation where computers will be driving all the
Wsystems. Over and above, India is rewriting its development story
with the ‘Make in India’ initiative. The whole world is looking at India for its
capabilities, and because of this, all industrial giants are looking forward to
being part of the Indian story of Industrialization. The market for Industrial
consumables is expected to grow by min 7-8% on annual basis, like the
Industrial Lubricant market.

Evolution of ST KOOL Lubricants: Way back in 2008 there were mainly
two types of lubricant suppliers available. One was big corporate firms
and the other was the unorganized sector. The big corporates were mainly
focussing on big customers, and unorganized firms were selling their products
on a cost-benefit basis. There was a big vacuum in these two. The biggest
problem was with small-scale industries where they were facing lubrication
challenges and neither of the two was able to reach out to them for resolution
of their challenges. Munish Garg, a graduate engineer, having an experience
