Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, CTD paid remuneration to 9 executives in the form of salaries, amounted
to approximately THB 58 million. (Mr. Somchai Tawonrungroaj received remuneration that was not based on
a full 12-month year since they held positions during the intervals of the period.)

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, CTD paid other remuneration to 9 executives in the form of provident fund
contributions, social security fund contributions, health insurance, travel expenses, fuel and telephone bills, etc.
