16. Lanchi Group

Lanchi has three subsidiaries, LC Investment, LC Ha Nam and LC Trading that operate main business but not under
central subsidiaries, which are under the same management. Details are as follows:

Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, 5 LC Investment executives received remuneration from the management
of subsidiaries under Lanchi, which is inclusive and not only limited to LC Investment, LC Ha Nam and LC Trading,
in the form of salaries, amounted to approximately THB 23 million.

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, 5 executives received other remuneration from the management of
subsidiaries under Lanchi, which is inclusive and not only limited to LC Investment, LC Ha Nam and LC Trading,
in the form of provident fund contributions, social security fund contributions, health insurance, travel expenses,
fuel and telephone bills, etc.
