Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, LR paid remuneration to 7 executives in the form of salaries and
annual bonuses, amounted to approximately THB 100 million.

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, LR paid other remuneration to 7 executives in the form of provident fund
contributions, social security fund contributions, health insurance, travel expenses, fuel and telephone bills, etc.
