Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, NK Trading paid remuneration to 13 executives in the form of salaries
and annual bonuses, amounted to approximately THB 38 million. (Ms. Anh Nguyen Tue, Mr. Nghi Pham Huu
and Mr. Thai Ho Huy received remuneration that was not based on a full 12-month year since they held positions
during the intervals of the period.)

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, NK Trading paid other remuneration to 13 executives in the form of
provident fund contributions, social security fund contributions, health insurance, travel expenses, fuel and
telephone bills, etc.
