Remuneration of Directors and Executives

(1) Monetary Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, CGO paid remuneration to 4 executives in the form of salaries,
amounted to approximately THB 29 million. (Mr. David Llamas Varona received remuneration for the executive
positions under Central Retail from CNGI, Mr. Nuno Gustavo Aycardi De Sequeira Bramo, Mr. Daniel Lasavanich,
Mr. Devam Saxena and Mr. Chester Stephen Scott received remuneration that was not based on a full 12-month year
since they held positions during the intervals of the period.)

(2) Other Remuneration
In the fiscal year ended 31 December 2021, CGO paid other remuneration to 4 executives in the form of provident fund
contributions, social security fund contributions, health insurance, travel expenses, fuel and telephone bills, etc.
