        PERSONNEL OBJECTIVES




           As  the  term  indicates  that  it  is
           concerned  with  the  personnel,
           their  interest,  their  motivation,
           welfare,  morale,  satisfaction  and
           development.  Its  objective  mainly
           directed  to  personnel  or  people
           keeping  in  mind  that  without
           personnel’s effort, the organization
           cannot        achieve        its      goals
           successfully.  Its  aim  not  only
           having  the  personnel  in  required
           number,  but  also  to  see  that  they
           are  properly  utilised  and  retained
           in  the  organization.  The  objective

           of  personnel  management  is  to
           obtain      useful     and     competent
           workers. It also motivates and help
           the  personnel  for  their  maximum
           contribution       to    the    personnel
           department or organization.
