        Type: Trait.
        The allip doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when
        it flies out of an enemy's reach.



        Frightful Presence

        Type: Action.
        Each creature of the allip's choice that is within 60
        feet of the allip and aware of it must succeed on a
        DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened
        for 1 minute.  A frightened creature can repeat the
        saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending
        the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's
        saving throw is successful or the effect ends for
        it, the creature is immune to the allip's Frightful
        Presence for the next 24 hours.


        Touch of Insanity

        Type: Trait.

        A creature that takes psychic damage from the
        allip's Maddening Touch attack must succeed on
        a DC 14 Charisma saving throw.  On a failed save,
        the creature can't take reactions until the start of
                                                               a DC 24 Constitution saving throw or be stunned
