If the xorn surprises a creature and hits it with an
attack during the first round of combat, the target
takes an extra 10 (3d6) damage from the attack. In
addition, once per turn the xorn deals an extra 7
(2d6) damage when it hits a target with a weapon
attack and has advantage on the attack roll.
