1 bunch kale, washed and torn, stems dash of salt and pepper
discarded 3/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 Tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
2. In a large bowl mix the kale pieces with all of the ingredients.
3. Spread evenly on foil-lined baking sheets.
4. Bake for 12 minutes, watching closely that they do not burn. Remove from oven when crispy.

Here’s what you need:
2 lbs ground pork 2 teaspoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel 1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground sage 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon onion powder 2 carrots, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
dash of pepper 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
