Magic Item & Consumable
Restictions

In order to keep things fair we have intruduced a limit on the number of
magic items & Consumables you can carr y as well as the rarity by level at
which they can be carrid.
This only includes what you have on you from before the quest, if what
you obtain in the quest puts you over the limit then it is acceptable.
You can have as many Commons as your want and only consumables
that have a rarity are limited.
You can bring 2x the number of consumables of a magic limitation in
addition to the magic items you bring
