MAMAW BONNIE'S CHEESECAKE



     From the Kitchen of Amy Lofton



     We make Cheesecakes for the holidays as a family.  This is a recipe my mom has made for years
     as a professional cook but we know it best as Mamaw Bonnie’s favorite and easy cheesecake.

      All of my grown children now make them for their families and co-workers and friends as gifts.



     Preheat oven to 350 degrees
     4 pre-made graham cracker crusts
     1 can of sweetened condensed milk

     4 cream cheese blocks at room temperature
     4 eggs
     4 cups or less of sugar or  cup for cup sugar substitute ( I use a xylitol/erythritol mix)

     I do not like my cheesecake as sweet as some so I only use 2 cups of sugar or sugar substitute






































     Blend until mixed well and no chunks, then pour into the 4 graham cracker pie crusts.
     Place on cookie sheets and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned
     on top depending on your oven. I bake 2 at a time so they bake evenly.



     If you like your cheesecake flavored then you can pour 1 -2 plain cheesecake then to the left
     over batter add in pure cocoa  for chocolate or your favorite jam to make a swirled cheesecake.

      If I add jam I place 1 -2 tablespoons jam in pie after the batter is poured then swirl it through
     with a spatula.
