                       or victimisation from taking place, either by acts or omissions by both officers and
                       employees of the company as well as third parties

                       ensuring corrective action is implemented which will prevent recurrence

                       attention  of your line  manager any matters  or areas where you  believe the
                       company's equal opportunities policy is not being complied with

                   a. You are reminded that to  discriminate  is a  breach of  the company's equal
                       opportunities policy and may be unlawful

                   b. Any alleged breach of the equal opportunities policy will normally be dealt with
                       under the company’s disciplinary and grievance policies. If you believe you have

                       to raise the issue under the company’s procedures




                   10. CASH/SECURITY POLICY



                   INTRODUCTION

                   In  company  locations  there are valuable goods,  and  from time  to  time,  amounts  of
                   money.  Employees   are also  on  occasion  entrusted  with money  belonging  to  our
                   customers.  It is  necessary  to  have  strict  security  rules  in place  for  the  following
                   reasons:

                         to protect employees;
                         for general security;
                         to protect customer’s rights.
                   These security rules are, therefore, most


                   important.

                   TRANSACTIONS

                   a. All transactions must be properly registered and the customer given a receipt/invoice
                   b. If you have made a mistake, report it immediately and have it corrected
