    Abstract



    All business revolve around documents
      correspondence, contracts, charts,
    memos, orders, reports, email, and

    much more   that record is what many
    company does. Many of these records

    are kept on paper, and now, in the
    digital age, many are increasingly in

    electronic form. No matter what kind
    of format it is, managing these records

    and the function of business records
    management on our business cannot be
    exaggerated, because we simply cannot

    do business without records; that s how
    important the records are, and why they

    need to be managed. All of the
    businesses are encouraged to manage

    their information in order to be
    competent and responsible.
