The mid-year review is special. This is the only
review that gives you the opportunity to
evaluate your goals and how close you are to
meeting them and adjust things, if needed.
Right now, you have a chance to look back at
what has been accomplished during the first
part of the year and look forward to plan what
will happen in the second half.
As you approach the mid-year mark, plan to
ask yourself these questions:
