3. Some of the monies in Lloyds current account includes annual dinner money paid in so
far for this years dinner. It was also explained that the accounts would be going on line for more
accountability as we move forward with the on line banking and new website.

4. Proposed by Ray Collister and seconded by Barrie McKay that the accounts be passed.

5. Kevin Tracey the Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Welfare Officer gave a talk about the future
of the branch and on how we needed to move forward with younger members and that he
had already lined up the willing volunteers and after talking to his perspective replacements.

6. Proposed by Kevin Tracey that Ray Collister takes over as Vice Chairman of the branch
seconded by Paddy Lynch.

7. Proposed by Ray Collister that Chris Draper takes over as Secretary of the branch seconded by
Bobby Laws.

8. Proposed by Stan Gardner that Frank Hayes remains as Treasurer of the branch seconded by
Darren Liggins.

9. Proposed by Frank Hayes that Kevin Tracey remains as Welfare Officer of the branch
seconded by Mick Maguire.

10. Proposed by Ray Collister that a vote of thank you be given to Kevin Tracey for all his hard
work in the jobs he has done over many years for the branch and for the legacy he had left us.

The Annual General Meeting was closed at 12:00 hours

The raffle raised £20 with £12 going to branch funds.
