 Our profession offers the Operational Delivery   Before starting my apprenticeship,
 Apprenticeship Scheme (ODAS) which means
 you can earn, learn and develop professionally   I didn't understand or recognise
 all at the same time.

 - You will achieve a Level 2 and Level 3 City &
 Guilds Qualification, recognised across the Civil
 Service and externally too

 - A structured 14 month programme with
 dedicated Tutor Support
                               me understand the importance of
 - A real alternative to full time education, resulting
 in two qualifications equivalent to A-Levels  working independently as well as

 - The chance to achieve Level 2 English and     part of a team.

 - A mixture of development opportunities
 including the completion of a work based project,
 a presentation and a show case portfolio finishing
 with an End Point Assessment of your work.

 There are a number of other Apprenticeships
 available to colleagues in the Operational
 Delivery Profession all offering great
 opportunities to earn, learn and gain
 qualifications.
