3047 - Weekly E-mails:  How to Create


        Result Statement:            To help clients take better care of their pets, including them to become
                                     activated for a visit when needed.  This done by regular contacts to them that is
                                     both informational and promotional

        Topic:                       Monthly focus on one topic, 1:1 (promo:information) :  See calendar Below

        Content:                     One-minute text or One-minute videos

        Subject Line:
                                   Must be CREATIVE enough to entice the emails to be opened.
                                   Must NOT give all the details in the subject.
                                   Must relate to the content.
                                   If it’s a question, the question must answered in the email.




        How:
                                   Login into Demand Force
                                   Click on the CAMPAIGN TAB
                                   On the left hand side look for the CREATE PROMOTION/NEWSLETTER button
                                   Create a newsletter/Promotion Campaign
                                   Customize your Message

                                 Step 1: Select your message: Basic templates for preset newsletters/campaigns or
                                 create a custom newsletter.  Then on the top right click NEXT.


                                 Step 2: Customize your message: In the Campaign name, Label the campaign (will
                                 help you know what it is, clients will not see it)
                                   Email Subject: This is the subject of the email and will be seen by all who
                                     receive the email campaign.
                                   The header is standard for the Legacy Veterinary Hospital logo.
                                   For the body of the email: go and head create the content and have it sent for
                                     approval to management prior to sending out. The email proof button will show
