This is where you select who will receive the newsletter/promotion. Here we
select all clients.
Step 4: Schedule Delivery date.
The first option is for a onetime promotion.
Select the Delivery date: Check Send today or a specific day then a time
afternoon or evening.
The second option is to Schedule a recurring campaign.
Decide how often to Generate recipient list every ___ days, weeks or years.
Decide the starting day then time afternoon or evening
Decide the Ending day or No end day.
Step 5: Post it to our Blog on our website
Copy and paste this email and graphic into a word file. Make it look good here.
Log into the Legacy Vet website.
Copy the email FROM MS WORD, not from Demandforce (if directly from
Demandforce it will add certain codes and look odd) and paste it into the blog.
Send Frequency:
This setting allows you to generate the recipient list frequently, but avoid re-sending
this campaign to customers who have already received it.
o -Send to a customer at most Select from: Once, Twice, 3 times per year, 4,
5, 6, 8, 12, Unlimited.
Approval: Send the email to the Executive Director for approval before sending it to the clients.
The Executive Director will send it to Dr. Julius for final approval.
Once dates have been selected and the email has been approved by management.
Enter your initials to verify it.
Once your initials are entered, hit the SEND button to get the emails generated and
sent out.
Once a Campaign is sent out, it cannot be edited.
The email is approved by the executive director or Dr. Julius (by e-mail or verbally) prior
to being mailed – ALWAYS! The “launching” of the e-mail needs to be done by
the Client Coordinator, NOT ED or Dr. Julius.
