Provide overview of employee development meetings:
PURPOSE: To promote employee’s professional growth by working together to
overcome obstacles in the way. The meetings will provide a place to be vulnerable, to
take risks, and to learn so that employees can be their best and achieve results they can
be proud of.
LOGISTICS:
o Participants: Manager and the individual employee
o Frequency: Weekly
o Duration: 1 hour
o Location: Manager’s office, training room, or unused exam room
CONTENT: Performance coaching, work issues, professional development issues,
interpersonal issues, administrative issues
