                                   Applicant Interview Process

We keep ads current for ALL positions on Craigslist, GetHired.com, and Dallas Classifieds. All ads are renewed or
               edited every Friday.

We review all applicants daily and make calls for phone interviews the same day or the next day. If the applicant
passes the phone interview, we do a personal interview with Director of Administration for approximately 30
               minutes.

We do 2nd interviews with the Executive Director.

Those selected for working interviews are scheduled for and must pass a drug test and must pass a background
check before scheduling a working interview. This must be completed within 2 days. If the applicant is able to
move forward, the working interview will be scheduled within the following 5 days. The working interview is for
2 hours. The Executive Director or Director of Administration must be present for all working interviews.

The applicant must sign the Liability Form before starting the working interview. The applicant will shadow a
senior employee in the same position for which they are applying.
A minimum of two references are checked asking the questions on the Reference Form. Answers are
               documented.
