Vet assistant position
Experience with handling animals and clients A MUST. Experience with Advantage software a plus, and
general computer skills necessary. Your duties would include assisting the veterinarian on appointments,
follow-up care of animals in our clinic, some treatments, handling our front desk, booking our book, and
managing follow-up with our clients with their treatment plans.

OFFICE MANAGER FOR BUSY VET PRACTICE
Busy vet practice looking for enthusiastic, experienced Office Manager to assist the Owner in running his
team. If you are high energy, love working with people and animals, and have experience in motivating
staff to do their best every day, you may be a match for us! Excellent skills in managing staff productivity
a must. Your duties would include staff & business management, handling our clients on any issue they
need help with and completing projects to grow the practice. Experience is necessary.
