                                               PHONE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

               3. Tell me about a time when you helped someone?
NOTE HERE THEIR INITIAL RESPONSE TO THESE QUESTIONS. DOES IT THROW THEM OFF GUARD? DO THEY
EASILY RESPOND OR DO THEY NEED TO THINK ABOUT IT? A TRUE ANSWER IS EASILY & QUICKLY GIVEN.

               4. Is there anything you love about your current job?
MANY TIMES SOMETHING ELSE OTHER THAN SOMETHING THEY LOVED IS GIVEN AS THE ANSWER, THIS IS
NOT AN ANSWER. AGAIN NOTE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO COME UP WITH AN ANSWER & AGAIN, A TRUE
ANSWER IS EASILY & QUICKLY GIVEN.

               5. Is there anything you hate about your current job?
LOOK FOR ANGER/HOSTILITY- IF THEY DO ORIGINATE THEY HATED SOMETHING THEY WILL MOST LIKELY END
UP HATING SOMETHING AT YOUR PRACTICE.

               6. In your last job, what have you accomplished for your company, which is over and above
what is normally expected of you as an employee? Who can verify this?
MANY TIMES SOMETHING ELSE OTHER THAN SOMETHING THEY ACCOMPLISHED IS GIVEN AS THE ANSWER,
THIS IS NOT AN ANSWER. AGAIN NOTE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO COME UP WITH AN ACTUAL ANSWER &
AGAIN, A TRUE ANSWER IS EASILY & QUICKLY GIVEN.

               7. How do you feel about a pay system in which there is a low base hourly rate and all future
pay increases are made solely on the success of the business and your own personal production
keeping in mind that there is no limit on the amount of money you can make but if you don’t
               produce you are fired?

               8. If I offered you a job, and you accepted, what would I be saying to you at the end of your

NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED AND DO NOT REPHRASE THESE QUESTIONS FOR
THOSE WHO CANNOT “UNDERSTAND” THE QUESTION. LOOK FOR HOW LONG IT TAKES TO ANSWER THE QUESTION.
UNDERSTAND THAT EVEN THOUGH THE PERSON BEGINS RAMBLING THE MOMENT YOU FINISH ASKING THE
QUESTION, YOU WILL BE SURPRISED THAT FOR ALL THE GAB, THAT THE APPLICANT MAY NEVER HAVE ANSWERED THE
QUESTION. THE RESPONSE IS NOT AS IMPORTANT AS THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES THE APPLICANT TO GET AROUND
TO ANSWERING THE QUESTION AND IF THEY NEED “CLARIFICATION” OF THE QUESTIONS.
