We recommend you use Craig’s List as the means for placing your ad, the cost is minimal if
               anything and elicits the largest response. The ad should be placed on Friday night so it is at the
               top on Saturday morning. Weekly, on Friday you need to either edit or re-post the ad to bring it
               to the top of the list each Saturday- the primary time most applicants look through ads for a
               job. Schedule time to respond to the resumes Monday between 11:00AM & 1:00PM.

               energy, love working with people and animals, you may be a match for us! Excellent phone & people
               skills a must. Good computer skills necessary. Your duties would include filling our appointment book,
               ensuring our clients arrive as scheduled and making sure all recommended treatment is scheduled. If
               you have experience, that's wonderful, but we are willing to train the right person!

                                            VET PRACTICE CLIENT COORDINATOR


               Busy state of the art vet practice looking for enthusiastic people person who loves phone work to
               manage our client activation system and follow up on our treatment plans by handling client education,
               financial arrangements & scheduling. The majority of your day will be speaking with clients on the phone
               or in the practice & educating clients on procedures, answering their questions and working with them
               to get the recommended treatment done- that’s is your major responsibility. Your client education
               duties would include handling our marketing line- newsletters, brochures, reminders, etc.  If you are
               high energy, upbeat & love talking with people on the phone, you may be a match for us! Vet
               experience a must & experience as a tech & front desk a big plus!
