8010.01 - Profit Solver Info (Zoetis)

                                                 Printing out a Services Report
               Any time that you enter a “new” service into Profit Solver, new meaning a service that you offer or plan
               to offer but have yet to enter it into Profit Solver, immediately following we need to generate a
               “Services Report”.  This is how we track:
               * What day we changed what prices by how much.
               * The amount of profit we have increased to this day based on the adjustments you make.
               Instructions:
               It is advised to have your blank “Price Adjustment Worksheet” sheet ready and waiting.  You will paste
               the information from Profit Solver into that blank worksheet.  The Price Adjustment Worksheet should
               have been previously emailed to you.
               1.  Log in at profitsolver.co

               2.  At the top of Profit Solver click Reports -> Services (Not “Services List”)

               3.  You will see a list of all the services you currently have in Profit Solver listed. Click the blue CSV
                   button at the top left of the page.  It will begin a download of a file in Excel format. Click the file
                   download to open the file.

               4.  The Excel file will open with all the services in an unorganized group. We need to organize this
                   information.

               5.   Click the letter A in the top – left hand side of the screen. Doing this will highlight all the data in
                   column A (You do not need to highlight other columns)

               6.  Click Data at the very top of the screen.

               7.  Click on Text to Columns (icon row, middle right)

               8.  A window should appear, make sure that Delimited is checked then click Next.

               9.  On the next window we make sure that Tab and Semicolon are checked then click Finish.

               10. The information should now be organized into neat rows. Highlight the information cells only,
                   except for line 1.  Please do not select complete rows or columns or any blank cells.

               11. Right click on the highlighted information and Copy it and paste it onto the “Price Adjustment
                   Worksheet”, just under the Service Name header in column A, buy right clicking and select paste.

               12. Now you should a Services Report for you to work with. I recommend highlighting the services you
                   had worked on that day with the paint can so that way the next time you open the report you can
                   see immediately what services you worked on that day.

               13. Save Price Adjustment Worksheet by:  Clicking on File Menu:   Save As to save this report.  We
                   recommend using a date in the file name.
