Unlike to δ scorpii the spectrum of ζ Tauri shows the He I line at λ 6678 and the Hβ line at
λ 4861 not as emission- but relatively intensive absorption lines. (marked in Table 15 with
red ellipses). Furthermore all absorption lines appear much more intensive compared to
δ scorpii, corresponding approximately to those of early B Giants. Striking however is the
strong absorption around the He I line at λ 5016. Due to the strong zoom in the vertical in-
tensity axis, the peaks of the Hα emissions appear here “cut”. Their real intensity is similar
in both spectral profiles.
