true. Visits from Mark Stone and his Discovery team in Antigua and Lanza-
rote were invaluable for ensuring the smooth running of Kered throughout
the year.

Highlights of our first Atlantic circuit have been numerous with each new
milestone giving us a growing confidence in what was achievable from
multi day passage making to crossing the Atlantic twice. Highlights have
included cruising in company with the crew of Distant Shores III, exploring
the Bahamas, visiting the Marsh Harbour area in all it’s glory before it was
devastated by Hurricane Dorian, our son James joining us in Bermuda and
returning to Europe via Horta in the Azores. Marina Rubicon on Lanzarote
has a special place in our hearts as it is where we chose to return after an
eventful year of sailing, to complete our Atlantic circuit and from where
this adventure continues
