A.      Exercise of Neck



            Have you ever practised moving your
            head around and turning it? If you
            have  done it,  it is the  exercise  of the
            neck. Regular exercise makes the neck
            strong and flexible, making it easy  to
            turn the head. For this, please practise
            the activities of PT given in 6.1 and 6.2
            below.


            a. The Initial Position

            Be at a stand-at-ease position keeping the hands on  the annpits for
            the exercise of the neck.
