Adverse effects:
1)Pulmonary fibrosis & hepatic toxicity as it accumulates in liver
2)Corneal microdeposits (photophobia, blurred vision or blindness
3)
4) Thyroid dysfunction
5)
6) Blue & gray discoloration of skin
