            Measures for Relaxing Activities in Common

            Areas within the Hotels


            4. Measures of using other facilities such as kid zone
                 and other class activities


                4.1   Open 07:00 – 18:00 daily.
                4.2  Guests must make a reservation at least 1 hour before access the area. They can
                     book the service at the front desk or though online platform or application provided
                     by the hotel.
                4.3  Only 2 rounds of services are available daily, and each round lasts for 2 hours.
                4.4  Limit the number of guests to one group per round, and guests should be from
                     the same group.
                4.5  Leave the room to cleaning frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant, at least
                     1 hour after each round of service.
                4.6  Guests must wear face masks every time during entry screening and temperature
                     checking before access the area.
                4.7  Staff must record guests’ entry and exit history.
                4.8  Provide 70% alcohol-based hand gel in the area at all times.
                4.9  Cleaning staff must always wear PPE while performing duties. (See more details
                     in INDEX section)
                4.10  Limit the number of cleaning staff per round.
                4.11  Set up regular schedule for cleaning the area with disinfectant every day.

                     *  Day 4-7 Hotels can arrange relaxing activities (activities without touching or
                        sharing tools) and allow the assignment of outsourced instructors to teach or
                        lead the activities. The instructors must be fully vaccinated (depending on types
                        of the vaccines) and have a negative test result of the RT – PCR test within the
                        previous 72 hours.

            5. Measures of using swimming pools

                Tourists who have the negative test result of the first RT-PCR test can use the swimming
                pools.
              5.1  Public Health officers check the standards and readiness of the swimming pools.
              5.2  Hotels should make sure the chlorine level stay between 1 and 3.
              5.3  Hotels should have the standard chlorine meters for the swimming pools.
              5.4  Hotels must manage the swimming pool service and do not allow guests
                     from different groups to use the pools at the same time. Guests should make a
                     reservation via the COVID Manager.
              5.5  Hotels must inform guests the risks of sharing the swimming pools and advise
                     them to strictly follow the rules and regulations in using the swimming pool
                     service.
              5.6  Cleaning staff must always wear PPE while performing duties. (See more details
                     in INDEX section)
              5.7  Limit the number of cleaning staff.
