5.1 Before service
- Hotels or establishments joining the programme must undergo the designated

- All operational staff must be vaccinated.
- Guests must make a reservation at least 1 hour before access to the wellness area.
They can book the service via IT system or applications designated by the hotels.
- Provide a fixed plan for wellness or group activities to easily manage number of
people, an appropriate physical distance and ventilation. Activities like yoga,
meditation, qigong or reiki are recommended as the service time, and cleaning
schedule can be planned more effectively.
- Always provide 70% alcohol-based hand gel, infectious garbage bags, and spare
face masks in the service area.
