Measures for Wellness Area and Facilities
Management
5.2 During and after service
When guests arrive at the wellness centre
- Staff inform guests about activities, facilities, terms and regulations under
Samui Sealed Route programme.
- Activity instructors must know their schedules for each day and prepare the
service area with an appropriate physical distance as well as a camera or
webcam for guests who join online classes.
- Guests who join classes must use tools and equipment provided by the
wellness centre only.
- Wellness staff must always wear PPE and take a bath every time after service.

- Have a procedure to separate and collect infectious waste and cleaning clothes
properly.
5.3 Cleaning staff use alcohol-based solution to clean and disinfect the area every time
after service.
5.4 If there are massage services provided at the centre, Day 1-7 only Thai traditional
massage is allowed, using massage oil is prohibited. Steam bath and sauna is
prohibited. Day 8-14 aromatherapy massage is allowed, but face massage is
prohibited.

* Note: Any establishment which wants to accept tourists to join their wellness activities can register with the
local CCSA.
