5. Operational guidelines
5.1 Before service
- Tour guide must have a tour guide license certified by Department of Tourism and
other qualifications designated by local CCSA.
- Must attend and pass the training designated by MOPH.
- Undergo health screening and temperature checks before starting work every
time. Must always wear face masks while performing duties.
- Perform vehicle safety and cleanliness inspections followed the MOPH procedures.
- Ensure all members of the tour group wear face masks at all times.
- Before starting the service, tour guide needs to inform tourists how to care for
personal hygiene and other related guideline and regulations of the Sealed Route.
- Ensure all tourists keep proper physical distance at least 1 metre away from each
other during the tour activities, such as seating on the vehicles, sightseeing at the
destinations or eating.
