SAMUI MODEL

Measures for Boat Transfers between Ko Samui,

Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao

1. Objective

To provide practical guidance for boat transfer service between Ko Samui, Ko Pha-ngan
and Ko Tao, while keeping the safety standard.

2. Scope

This handout provides details of standard operating procedures for related agencies to help
them manage and provide accurate services for fully vaccinated foreign tourists, following
“SAMUI+ MODEL” rules and regulations.
