            7. Operating Procedures



               7.1   Before the operation
                     -   Tourists must make a reservation 1 day in advance with the hotel’s COVID

                        Manager only.
                     -   Provide a divided vessel for the tour group, other general passengers are not
                        allowed on board. Staying overnight, partying and drinking are not allowed on
                        the vessels.
                     -   Air conditioners are prohibited in Scuba diving facilities and on board. Open-air
                        and ventilated area is required.
                     -   Staff must clean all equipment, vessels, vehicles (if available), and facilities

                        before service.
                     -   Limit the number of passengers on board not over 50 % of the capacity of the
                        vessels and vehicles (if available).
                     -   Inform all tourists how to take care of themselves before every departure.
                     -   Hand wash gel with at least 70% alcohol, health hazard waste bag and face
                        masks are provided in all vessels.
                     -   All vessel staff must have health screening and temperature checks before start
                        working. Everyone performing duties must wear face masks all the time.
                     -   Customers perform theoretical learning only via e-Learning at their

                        accommodation.
                     -   Only open-circuit scuba diving equipment is permitted. Closed-circuit
                        rebreathers are prohibited.



























                     -   If there are toilets at the schools or on boats, staff should provide the divided
                        toilets for the tour group and clean them every time after use and before the
                        arrival of the next tour group. The cleaning area should include particular fre-
                        quently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, locks, faucets, with at least 70%
                        alcohol-based disinfectant.
