                                                              SAMUI  MODEL




                     -   All food containers should be single-use and
                        environmentally friendly products. They will be
                        delivered to customers since the beginning of
                        the trips. Water refill station will be provided in
                        case customers bring their own drink containers
                        (and not share to others), in which the alcohol-
                        based hand wash gel must be provided at the

                        service point as well.


               7.2   During the operation
                     When meeting members of a tour
                     -  Designate separate area especially for Sealed
                        Route group.
                     -  All staff must do body temperature checking and observe if anyone is exhibiting
                        symptoms and wash hands with hand wash gel before providing services. Staff

                        are not allowed to provide services to customers with exceedingly high body
                        temperatures, or if they are exhibiting symptoms. The customers must be
                        separated before staff contact Koh Tao Hospital or Koh Pha-ngan Hospital for
                        further investigation and treatment.


































                     -  All staff must wear face masks at all times.
                     -  Register all customers in the system as designated by local CCSA.
                     -  Keep 1 – 1.5 metres of social distancing between staff and customers.
                     -  All passengers must wear face masks all the time which include at the facilities,
                        on the way to the pier and on board before diving.
