Measures for Tourists leaving from SAMUI+ MODEL

1. Tourists can get the 3 RT-PCR test (Day 12) at Koh Samui Hospital, Koh Pha-ngan
Hospital and Koh Tao Hospital which COVID Managers will arrange and provide any
support for tourists to get the test. The appointment should be confirmed at least
one day in advance.
2. When staying up to 14 days, tourists can contact COVID Managers to obtain their
Release Form for travelling outside the three designated islands and show at any
checkpoints. More details as follows:
* Tourists who join SAMUI+ MODEL can receive their Released Form via SAMUI
HEALTH PASS system.
* Tourists who join PHUKET EXTENSION programme can receive their Release
Form via the THAILANDSHABA.COM website.
