1. Operational staff who are allowed to work within Sealed Route programme should:
- receive 2 doses of Sinovac vaccine, or minimum 1 dose of AstraZeneca at least 2
weeks before starting operations. Establishments must be certified by local CCSA
for achieving COVID-19 vaccination and herd immunity.
- attend and pass the Public Health procedure training for SAMUI+ MODEL system.
- in case of being freelance tour guides or working without agency, the persons need
to register with local CCSA.
2. Staff should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate for their risk
at work.

3. After working in Sealed Route programme for 7 days, the establishments should divide
staff into 2 groups by their risks at works which are:
g The Green Group – staff who are low-risk contacts as there is no direct contact with
tourists.
- The staff will randomly undergo RT-PCR test. The test will be conducted in
every round of operations with at least 20 % of all staff on duties and observe
any signs of symptoms.
- Staff who show any symptoms or at high risk of exposure must call off the
work and report directly to their superior/ companies and consult a doctor
immediately.
g The Red Group – staff who are high-risk contacts as they have close contact with
tourists.
- All staff will be undergone the RT-PCR test, conducted in every round of
operations.
- Staff who show any symptoms or at high risk of exposure must call off the
