             5. Operational guidelines




               5.1   Open 07:00 – 18:00 daily
               5.2   Tee time slots for customers are 8:30, 8:40, 8:50, 9:00, 11:30, 11:40, 11:50 and 12:00.
               5.3   Customers need to make reservations at least 3 days in advance with an advance
                     payment.
               5.4   Customers need to go through entry screening and temperature check process and
                     clean their hands with alcohol hand gel every time before service.

















               5.5   Service staff take the golf bags from customers and clean with disinfectant spray
                     every time before handover the bags to caddies.

               5.6   Customers cannot use pro shop or locker services.
               5.7   When ready for a round of golf, customers can take a golf cart service at the back
                     of pro shop to the courses. Pro shop staff also prepare green fee tickets and other
                     golf equipment preordered by customers.
               5.8   Golf clubs provide 2 small bottles of water at the golf carts.
               5.9   Customers can use toilets at hole No. 4 and No.17. Various types of waste
                     containers with lids are provided at the area for waste sorting.
               5.10 One customer can have one caddy and one golf cart with a barrier to divide their
                     seating area.

               5.11  Caddies must always wear face masks and rubber gloves while performing duties.
               5.12 Caddies must maintain 1.5 metres of physical distance from customers.
               5.13 Clean the golf carts with disinfectant spray every time after service.
