                                                                                                      DECLINE PUSHUP
                                                                                                      Sets: 1  Reps: As many as possible  Rest: 0 sec.
                                                                                                      Get into pushup position with your
                                                                                                      hands just outside shoulder width and
                                                                                                      place your feet on a box or bench so
                                                                                                      your body angles toward the floor.
                                                                                                      Lower your body until your chest is
                                                                                                      about an inch above the floor and
                                                                                                      then press up. Stop a rep or two shy
                                                                                                      of your max.

                                                                                                      PUSHUP
                                                                                                      Sets: 1  Reps: As many as possible  Rest: 0 sec.

                                                                                                      Immediately move your feet to the floor
                                                                                                      after your last rep of decline pushups
                                                                                                      and perform pushups normally. Stop a
                                                                                                      rep or two shy of your max.

                                                                                                      INCLINE PUSHUP
                                                                                                      Sets: 1  Reps: As many as possible  Rest: N/A
                                                                                                      Turn around and place your hands on
                                                                                                      the box or bench and get into pushup
                                                                                                      position so your body is inclined.
                                                                                                      Perform pushups at that angle
                                                                                                      to failure.
