Cue: Satō-san wa kaisha Is Ms. Sato in the office?

desu ka.
Response: Hai, kaisha ni imasu. Yes, she is in the office.

Cue: Konpyūtā wa tonari Is the computer in the (room) next door?
desu ka.
Response: Hai, tonari ni Yes, it is in the (room) next door.

arimasu.
