mōshimashita ka. You do not use Honorifics to describe a co-worker’s action
               when talking to him, but you may want to use them when talking to his parent
               about  him,  since  they  are  in  one  group  to  which  you  don’t  belong.  The  only
               person you can always count on as your In-group is yourself.


               The chart below shows the special Honorific and Humble forms.




































               The  honorific  verbs  ossharu,  irassharu,  kudasaru,  nasaru,  and  polite  verb
               gozaru constitute the verb group called Special Polite Verbs. They follow the
               inflection rules for U-verbs except that before masu, the /r/ ending drops, and /u/
               becomes /i/.

                    Ossharu → osshaimasu


               For the other verbs, there are the Honorific formula and the Humble formula.
                    The Honorific          O +verb stem + ni naru
                    formula:

                                           kaku → okaki ni naru         “write”
                                           matsu → omachi ni            “wait”
                                           naru

                    The Humble             O + verb stem + suru
                    formula:
