Cue: So i’imashita. I said so.

Response: Ā, sensei mo sō Oh, the teacher said so, too.
osshaimashita yo.
Cue: Kakimasu. I’ll write it.

Response: Ā, sensei mo okaki ni Oh, the teacher will write it, too.
narimasu yo.

Repeat the drill using the following:
1. Tabemashita.

2. Machimasu.
3. Mimasu.
4. Shimasu.
5. Ikimasu.

Cue: Kaite kudasai. Please write it.

Response: Hai, okaki-shimashō. Sure, I’ll write it (for you.)
Cue: Matte kudasai. Please wait.

Response: Hai, omachi-shimashō. Sure, I’ll wait (for you.)

Repeat the drill using the following:
1. Susumete kudasai.
2. Mite kudasai.

3. Kite kudasai.
4. Ki’ite kudasai.
5. Tsukutte kudasai.
