THE RESULT ▼ SHOT WITHOUT A FILTER
The large contrast in brightness between the sky and the foreground
initially meant that color was lost in the sky. If the exposure had been
set for the sky, the foreground would have been too dark. A 2-stop
graduated ND filter helped to balance the two areas of the scene.
