                7   Purification of IgG by Precipitationtechnique.
                8   Slide and Tube agglutinationreaction
                9   Qualitative analysis of antigen or antibody byELISA
               10  Characterisation of antigens byImmunoblotting.
               11  Chromatographic immunoassay(CEA)
