The Bible tells us that God is not the author of confusion. So

once a semester, CCC students take a day off from classes to

change confusion into cleanliness. This day is appropriately entitled

Work Day. Beginning with the traditional Human Pyramid-

Building Contest and ending with tired bodies. Work Day always

holds a special place in our memories. Since the gymnasium floor

had just been completed the week before the first semester Work

Day on October 10, one special project was to clean it up. Other

projects that students enthusiastically and joyfully (?) tackled

included trimming trees, cleaning windows, dusting, sweeping,

mopping, mowing, weeding, and anything else that would help to

improve the appearance and testimony of the college.
