Catch him, gals, before someone else gets

him! Roles were reversed in this year’s Farm

Fest, on November 11, turning Sadie Hawkins

loose on campus. But the young men didn’t

have to wait long before being asked, as each

girl was anxious to show off her best attire and

hairdo at the social gathering. Following a

delicious meal of country fried chicken, men

were officially “captured” in a ceremony

presided over by Parson Carver. Divers and

sundry members of the student body presented

skits on the grounds, where laughter could be

heard for a country mile. The evenin’s joyous

festivities were topped off with an inspiring

message by the President, Dr. Steele, at a

bonfire near the lake.
