The Varsity Volleyball team had an
“ace” of a year. Finishing second in
the league, the girls played their
hearts out and brought their “A”
game to every match-up. Under the
leadership of seven seniors, the
girls left little room for error. Co­
captains Jess Kachidurian and
Lauren Kennedy revealed superior
guidance and their team followed
them to victory on several
occasions. Although the team was
upset by Christian Heritage in the
FAAs, the season was only looked
upon as a success, earning much
do respect from fellow student-
athletes and faculty as well.

The JV Volleyball team, along with
new coach Ms. Rockhold, enjoyed
a great season. The squad was
young, filled with twelve freshman
and four sophomores; however,
every single m em ber improved
100%. This sets up a great founda­
tion for next year’s team, and the
girls will be able to work off of the
skills in which they enhanced this
past year.
