“I was running...” said Forrest Gump, and Coach
Fitzgerald. The Cross Country team ran their
butts off this season, with many of the girls
achieving superior times, and competing in the
FAA Championship meet and the New York State
of Independent School meet. Led by captains
Cara Jordan, Katy Leidel, Caroline Gaulin, and
Julia Ryan, each m em ber of the team ran
through the rain, heat, and would have mn
through snow if the opportunity had presented
itself. These girls are an outstanding group of
truly capable athletes.
